ABSTRACT: This study aims to examine the impact of emotional intelligence on the work stress of the Al-Ajami Educational Administration. This study used a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. For achieving study goals, the analytical descriptive methodology is used through many; statistical approaches especially multiple regression analysis for testing the effect of more than an independent variable on one dependent variable and hierarchical regression analysis for measuring the adjusted effect of work stress. A randomized stratified sample of the study population was selected by (401) individuals with a response rate of (80.2%). The results of the study showed a significant effect of emotional intelligence on work stress. According to the findings, some recommendations are: Organizations should pay more attention to emotional intelligence and its role in reducing work stress.
