ABSTRACT: With the rapid development of network technology, we are ushering in an
era of information explosion. We enjoy the convenience and benefits brought to
us by the information age. Efficient and convenient information sharing allows
us to keep up with the times. Communication, but at the same time, the
double-edged sword of the Internet has brought its side effects, that is, the
leakage of personal privacy and the rampage of online violence. “Human flesh
search” is the dark side brought by network information sharing; this article
will explore the status of Internet infringement and its legal regulations from
the perspective of “human flesh search”.
