political institutions and government structure. Ethiopia’s political
achievement is highly acknowledged internationally after Prime Minster Abiy.

explores why the 2002 policy is incompatible with the current foreign relation
interest. It explores in detail the why of policy changes Ethiopia may have in
the current context. In general, it sees the sights at the wide range of rationale
that urges the change of the policy.
