ABSTRACT: The present study was an analytical referential case. It focused on 142 women giving birth and aimed to determine the proportion of preterm de-livery among working women as well as the risk of giving birth prematurely as a hard-working woman. The results showed that the proportion of prematurity among working women was 89% with a risk of 6.2 times more than giving birth before term. This risk was exacerbated by malaria in pregnancy, urogenital infections and gestational diabetes.
