ABSTRACT: The case of a forty-five year old woman is presented who consulted for spontaneous haematomas of the thighs. The diagnosis of acquired haemophilia A associated to renal cancer was retained. She received anti CD20 monoclonal antibody treatment allowing her to undergo partial nephrectomy 4 months later without major complication. One year after surgery there is no sign of tumour recurrence.
