ABSTRACT: Since the very first M & A integration pattern
was proposed, Haspeslagh and Jemison put forward the most prominent model, with Strategic Interdependence and Organizational
Autonomy as
basic dimensions, and many other types were developed beyond their basis. Through
extensive literature review, this paper sorts out the definition of M & A integration
pattern and explores the influencing factors in decision making of appropriate mode in M & A integration. It is a
summary on research of M & A integration pattern and points out the directions for future research.
