ABSTRACT: Primitive cerebral lymphoma (PCL) is a rare entity often poorly known. They
are defined as extra nodal tumor interesting the CNS, brain and eye, and this
in the absence of systemic lymphoma disease and brain metastases. The favoring
factor is established immunosuppression which is explained by an increase in
the incidence related to HIV. The basis of treatment is chemotherapy with
consolidation radiotherapy. We report the experience of the National Institute
of Oncology in Rabat in management of this disease.
