ABSTRACT: We describe the
case of a 44-year-old man with congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation. Both
computed tomographic (CT) scan findings with perfusion protocol and
histological biopsy led to diagnosis. CT scan showed multiple terminal
bronchiolar-like uniform cysts smaller than 2 cm and CT perfusion allowed to
make a differential diagnosis with an usual interstitial pneumonia. In order to
make a definite diagnosis, an open lung biopsy confirmed the CT findings.
