ABSTRACT: The nucleoprotein (NP) gene of rabies CTN strain isolated from China was recombined into pMal-c2x. The antigenicity of the recombined MBP-NP fusion proteins was examined by western blotting and by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results demonstrated that the recombined protein possesses predominant antigenicity.
