  ABSTRACT: The creation of a dynamic company with high values is a very complex process that needs the entrepreneurs overcome barriers that they present daily. The social studies of the science and the technology can offer a valuable contribution for the critical examination of the different problems of the business management and the entrepreneurship phenomenon. A fundamental aspect that contributes is the beginning of which any techno-economic activity that needs to be valued for his/her social context.
