Excellent teaching team construction is one of undergraduate education quality engineering projects.Taking Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example, in this paper, constructionexperiences of College teaching team have been preliminary summary from the aspects of clear developmentgoal, to play a team work together, building excellent courses and textbooks, scientific research to promoteexperimental teaching, and improving quality of talent training, etc. We hope to provide a reference for constructionof teaching team of other universities.
