Abstract: In recent year with the rapid development of the computer and communication technology, the informationsecurity problem becomes more and more important. So it is very important to train persons withability of protection information security for our society. An important part composed of information securityconstruction is the training of information security professional. Therefore, the aim and direction of informationsecurity profession training is very significance. In the first place the present condition in our country oftraining of information security professional is analyzed. And the existent problems in our country of trainingof information security professional are analyzed too. In the next place the existent training modes of informationsecurity profession are analyzed. Finally, some discussions about information security professiontraining are given and a series of new improved methods and a series of new education views about teachingare proposed according to the particularity of information security personnel training. In addition directionabout the training of information security professional is put forward in this paper.
