on Computational Intelligence and Software Engineering (CiSE 2012), which is held
in Wuhan, China on December 14-16, 2012. Welcome each of you to attend this

The purpose of this conference is to bring together leading researchers, innovative
technologists, and to nurture a free exchange of new discoveries and ideas in the areas
of intelligent computation and software engineering. We believe this conference
covers all computational intelligence and software engineering technologies.
