New Technology of Laser Parallel Thermocracking of Brittle Materials ()
Abstract
This paper is devoted to the development of new
technology called laser parallel thermocracking that applicable for brittle
nonmetallic materials such as glass, sapphire, silicon etc. The mathematical
model of laser parallel thermocracking process is introduced. Results of
experimental researches are shown in order that define the interrelation
between the basic parameters of laser parallel thermocracking process.
