ABSTRACT

Real-time monitoring of temperature is required during the calcination process of Nixing pottery. In order to solve the problem of unattended temperature checking, this thesis focuses on the use of the STC89C52 microcontroller as the core of the hardware, with the DS18B20 temperature sensor for real-time temperature collection, through the mobile phone APP to simulate the real-time monitoring of the pottery kiln temperature, and to make the corresponding historical data line graph. When the collected temperature exceeds the maximum temperature set by the user, the system will generate an alarm signal and a long beep will be generated to alert the user. This design basically realizes the Nixing ceramic kiln monitoring system using sensors and APP, and realizes the functions of remote temperature monitoring, over-temperature alarm, historical temperature analysis, etc., which can realize unattended and real-time monitoring of kiln temperature. The system makes it easy for the user to check the kiln temperature at any time and from anywhere, which is timely and convenient.
