Study on the Employment Prohibition System in Criminal Law
—Taking the Occupation Crimes of Teaching Staff as an Entry Point ()
ABSTRACT
At present, there are many crimes in society that take advantage of professional convenience to violate the rights of others, among which the occupation crime of teaching staff occurs frequently. In recent years, China has strengthened the protection of underage students on campus, and to a certain extent, it also puts forward urgent requirements for the improvement of the Criminal Employment Prohibition System among teaching staff. In this paper, we take the Criminal Employment Prohibition System as the object of study, explore its legislative background and nature, and take the occupation crimes of teaching staff as the entry point, and analyze its conditions of application. Finally, the article puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement to promote the construction of a clearer institutional system, which is of great practical value in addressing crime in specific occupational fields and shaping the ethics of the profession.
