Smart Parking Management and Planning Based on Chinese Postman Problem

ABSTRACT

This paper discusses the practicability of the charging for the video collection vehicle in the city of Jinan in China. Firstly, according to the collection vehicle and the charge standard, we have constructed a price loss function for the single parking space and used the method of Chinese postman problem to analyse the parking spaces in the whole area, then obtained the best route by Fleury algorithm which is compared with manual charging at last.
