From the perspective of institutional change, in this paper, strengthening the protection and inheritance of Qiang culture is simply analyzed, in order to complete the modern cultural industry system and market system, push forward the construction of the international communication ability and show a real, tridimensional and comprehensive China by well narrating Chinese stories, finally realizing the enhancement of cultural soft power of China.
