Special Issue on Pediatric Infectious Diseases
An
infectious disease, also known as a transmissible disease or communicable
disease, is an illness resulting from an infection. Infections can be caused by
a wide range of pathogens, most prominently bacteria and viruses. Pediatric
infectious diseases are about all types of infectious diseases affecting
newborns to young adults.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Pediatric Infectious Diseases. Potential topics include, but are not limited
