Special Issue on Microbial Genetics Research
The main
research objects of microbial genetics are viruses, bacteria, fungi and single
celled animals and plants. The application of mutant screening and selective
culture are outstanding research methods in microbial genetics. The
microorganism is small, of which the life cycle is short, and it can propagate
quickly on the simple synthetic medium. So it is a good material for genetics research. Some biological
characteristics of certain microorganisms are of great significance to the
study of special problems in genetics. The goal of this special issue is to
provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to
promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of microbial
genetics.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on
exploring microbial genetics research.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Microbial development and evolution
-
Immune
mechanism and pathogenicity of microorganisms
-
Impact of microbial
genetics on genetics
-
Application (industry,
agriculture, medicine, other)
-
Research
methods and techniques of microbial genetics
-
Mechanism of
microbial gene expression and gene regulation
-
Pathogenic
microbial genetics
-
Industrial
microbial genetics
-
Prevention and
control of pathogenic bacteria
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Microbial Genetics
Research” should be chosen during your submission.
