Special Issue on Inequalities and Labor Market Institutions

Faced with rising inequality in the labor market and the accentuation of job insecurity, institutions are now fronting a dilemma between employment protection and flexibility required by companies. These public institutions must also combine with the economic recession that has largely limited their scope for fiscal maneuvers.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Inequalities and Labor Market Institutions. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Wage and unemployment inequalities
• Job insecurity
• Unskilled jobs
• Flexicurity
• Employment protection legislation
• Income distribution and fiscal policies

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Inequalities and Labor Market Institutions” should be selected during your submission.
