Special issue 1 on Testosterone Research
Call for Papers
Testosterone is a steroid hormone from the androgen group and is found in mammals, reptiles, birds, and other vertebrates. In mammals, testosterone is primarily secreted in the testicles of males and the ovaries of females, although small amounts are also secreted by the adrenal glands. It is the principal male sex hormone and an anabolic steroid. Testosterone can affects body system and functions. For example: blood generation, calcium balance in the body, bone mineralization, lipid metabolism, sugar metabolism and prostate growth.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Testosterone Research.
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the“Special Issue 1’’ under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue 1 - Testosterone Research ” should be chosen during your submission.
