Special Issue on Public Law and Public
Administration
Public Law and Public Administration is an
interdisciplinary field that examines the legal frameworks governing public
institutions and the principles guiding the organization, operation, and
accountability of public administration. It focuses on constitutional and
administrative law, the exercise of public authority, regulatory mechanisms,
and the relationship between the state and individuals. The field also
addresses issues of governance, public policy implementation, administrative
reform, and the rule of law, with particular attention to transparency,
efficiency, and accountability in public sector management. Through theoretical
analysis and empirical research, Public Law and Public Administration
contributes to a deeper understanding of how legal norms and administrative
practices shape effective and lawful governance in contemporary societies.
