Special Issue on
Environmental Research and Human Health
Environmental
Research and Human Health focuses on the intricate and dynamic relationship
between the environment and human well-being. It invites research that explores
how environmental factors—such as air and water quality, climate change,
pollution, biodiversity, and urbanization—affect physical, mental, and social
health outcomes. The issue also welcomes studies on risk assessment,
environmental toxicology, sustainable resource management, and the development
of policies or technologies aimed at mitigating environmental hazards. By
integrating perspectives from environmental science, public health,
epidemiology, and social sciences, this collection seeks to advance
understanding and promote solutions that safeguard both planetary and human
health.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
