Special Issue on
Safeguarding Children: Protection and
Well-being
Safeguarding Children: Protection and Well-being focuses
on ensuring the safety, health, and overall development of children by
preventing abuse, neglect, and exploitation. It involves implementing child
protection policies, legal frameworks, and community support systems to create
a safe environment for children at home, in schools, and online. Key aspects
include early intervention, mental health support, digital safety, and family
education, all of which contribute to a child’s emotional, physical, and
psychological well-being. By promoting awareness, advocacy, and responsible
caregiving, safeguarding efforts empower children to grow in a secure and
nurturing environment, fostering their potential and protecting their rights.
