Special Issue on Mineral Materials
Iron
is the fourth most common element in the earth's crust, and the second most
common metal found there, following only aluminum. Iron is also the most common
element in the earth as a whole (about 35% of the earth's mass is iron, most of
it found in the core, in the form of iron-nickel alloy). The goal of this
special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over
the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in
this area of mineral materials.
In
this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles that explore mineral materials. In
this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Physical
properties of minerals
-
Chemical
properties of minerals
-
Rocks,
ores, and gems
-
Characterization
of mineral materials
-
Structure
of mineral materials
-
Applications
of mineral materials
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should
submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper
Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Mineral Materials” should be selected during your submission.
