Special Issue on Communication Networks and Protocols

A network protocol can be defined as a set of rules, conventions and data structure which is used by network devices to communicate with each other across a network. The algorithm is a set of instructions that tells the system what to do.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Communication Networks and Protocols. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Protocol development
• Algorithms and protocols
• Network management protocols
• Network security protocols
• Network planning and optimization
• Wireless communication protocol
• Open smart grid protocol
• Transport layer protocol
• Transmission control protocol
• Routing protocol
• Data communications, networking and protocols

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
