Special Issue on Fisheries & Aquaculture 

Fisheries are social, biological and geographical objects involved in producing fish for human consumption. They are usually united by a common geographical area, catch technique and/or target species, and fisheries science is the study of factors affecting catch and stock sustainability. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of fisheries & aquaculture .

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore fisheries & aquaculture. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Research in sustainable fisheries
• Fisheries in salt, brackish and freshwater systems
• The evolution of applied research in fisheries
• Fisheries and aquaculture
• Environmental aspects of fisheries
• Laboratory and field experimental studies relevant to fisheries

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Fisheries & Aquaculture” should be selected during your submission.
