Special Issue on Crime and Criminal Law


Criminal law is the body of law that relates to the offences that negatively affect society as a whole, rather than just one person. It prescribes conduct perceived as threatening, harmful, or otherwise endangering to the property, health, safety, and moral welfare of people. The emphasis of criminal law is more on punishment or rehabilitation. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Crime and Criminal Law.


In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Crime and Criminal Law. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:


  • Fraud
  • Assault
  • Burglary
  • Murder
  • Manslaughter
  • Sexual offences
  • Fatal offenses
  • Personal offenses
  • Property offenses
  • Participatory offenses
  • Felonies, misdemeanors and infractions
  • Amendments

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.


Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Crime and Criminal Law” should be selected during your submission.
