Special Issue on Dietary Intakes 

Dietary intake measurement is used to assess the intake of food, nutrients, or biological activity of individuals, groups, or populations. Dietary nutrient reference intake is not only a measure of whether the nutrient intake is appropriate, but also a tool to help individuals and groups to formulate meal plans. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Dietary Intakes.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Dietary Intakes. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Dietary guidance and assessment
• Dietary supplement
• Dietary protein intake and human health
• Dietary reference intakes
• Dietary fiber
• Energy and nutrient needs
• Children's dietary intakes
• Dietary intakes, eating style and overweight
• Food intake in patients

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Dietary Intakes” should be selected during your submission.
