Special Issue on Dietary Intakes
Dietary intake measurement is used to assess the intake
of food, nutrients, or biological activity of individuals, groups, or
populations. Dietary nutrient reference intake is not only a measure of whether
the nutrient intake is appropriate, but also a tool to help individuals and
groups to formulate meal plans. The goal of this special issue is to provide a
platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share,
and discuss various new issues and developments in the
area of Dietary Intakes.
