Special Issue on Food Control and Management 

Food management refers to the effective coordination and management of food production, circulation, sales, and food consumption by the government and food-related departments in the food market. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Food Control and Management.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Food Control and Management. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Quality assurance and control
  • Sensory and quality of food products
  • Methodology for monitoring food quality and nutritional quality
  • Food process systems design and control
  • Nutraceuticals and functional foods
  • Environmental factors affecting food quality
  • Good manufacturing practices
  • Risk assessment
  • Hazard analysis

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
