Special Issue on Human Resource and Sustainable Development

Human resources refers to the people who work for the company or organization, and the department responsible for managing all affairs related to employees. Human resource management (HRM) is the employment, training, compensation, formulation of related policies. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Human Resource and Sustainable Development.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Human Resource and Sustainable Development. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Human resources management
  • Employment relations
  • Employment law
  • Sustainable development
  • Planning, recruitment and selection
  • Talent, human capital development and sustainability
  • Work behavior and performance appraisal
  • Worker rights, benefits and responsibilities

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
