Special Issue on Information and Communication Technologies and Applications

Information and communications technology (ICT) is an extensional term for information technology that stresses the role of unified communications and the integration of telecommunications and computers, as well as necessary enterprise software, middleware, storage, and audiovisual systems, that enable users to access, store, transmit, and manipulate information.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Information and Communication Technologies and Applications. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
