Special Issue on Human Rights, Law and Ethics
Human rights can be divided into civil and political
rights, as well as economic, social and cultural rights. Human rights are
mainly realized and embodied through domestic laws, and the sovereign state promotes the protection and respect of
human rights by means of international human rights treaties. The emergence of
international human rights law is the result of the internationalization of
human rights protection. The goal of this special issue is to provide
a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote,
share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the
area of Human Rights, Law and Ethics.
