Special Issue on Malnutrition, Obesity and Health

Malnutrition is caused by inadequate intake, poor absorption, or excessive depletion of nutrients. Malnutrition also includes excess nutrition due to overeating or excessive intake of specific nutrients. Common malnutrition includes protein energy malnutrition (PEM) and micronutrient malnutrition. The main indicators for evaluating meat products are meat safety and meat quality. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Malnutrition, Obesity and Health.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Malnutrition, Obesity and Health. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Malnutrition in different age groups
• Malnutrition assessment
• Malnutrition and clinical manifestation
• Dietary practices
• Eating disorder
• Regulation of food intake and obesity
• Economic costs of overweight and obesity
• Malnutrition in children
• Prevention of malnutrition
• Symptoms, causes and treatment

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
