Special Issue on Violence and Abuse  

Violence is a global phenomenon, causing more than 1.6 million deaths every year, and it has become one of the leading causes of death worldwide. Violence has increasingly become an interpersonal relationship and is closely related to criminal activities, especially in urban areas. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Violence and Abuse.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Violence and Abuse. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Domestic and family violence
• Violence against women
• Violence and victims
• School violence
• Physical, psychological and sexual violence
• Trauma, abuse, and violence
• Prevention and intervention
• Violence and gender relations
• Childhood violence and behavioral effects
• Causes and effects of violence

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue -Violence and Abuse” should be selected during your submission.
