Special Issue on Leadership and Organizational Management
Leadership is the ability to influence a group toward the achievement of a
vision or set of goals. It plays a major role in organizational management for
organizing, planning, leading and controlling resources within an entity with
the overall aim of achieving its objectives.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Leadership and Organizational Management. Potential topics include, but are not limited

under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
