Special Issue on Postpartum Health and Care

A postpartum (or postnatal) period begins immediately after the birth of a child as the mother's body, including hormone levels and uterus size, returns to a non-pregnant state. Postpartum care is critical and of great importance to the lives and health of mothers and babies.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Postpartum Health and Care. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Postpartum depression and mental disorders
• Disease and disorders during postpartum period
• Postpartum bleeding
• Postnatal death
• Postpartum recovery
• Infant health and care
• Breastfeeding
• Problems and prevention
• Health promotion

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Postpartum Health and Care” should be chosen during your submission.
