Special Issue on Language, Identity & Education  

Language is the most important communication tool for human communication. At the same time, language is also a part of culture and an important symbol of identity. Almost every cultural group has its own unique language. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Language, Identity & Education.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Language, Identity & Education. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Language and social class
• Home/local linguistic and cultural socialization 
• Identity and language learning
• Linguistic bias in schooling practices
• Diversity and linguistic rights in education
• Multilingual and multicultural development
• Language, culture and religion
• Bilingual education
• Language and educational policies and approaches

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
