Special Issue on Water Purification
This special issue on “Water Purification” will be focusing on the latest development in meeting the requirements of medical, pharmacological, chemical and industrial applications. Water purification is the process of removing undesirable chemicals, biological contaminants, suspended solids and gases from contaminated water. The goal is to produce water fit for a specific purpose. In general the water purification methods used includes physical processes such as filtration, sedimentation, biological processes such as slow sand filters or biologically active carbon, chemical processes such as flocculation and chlorination and the use of electromagnetic radiation such as ultraviolet light. As one of the most important research fields of human life, water purification is of great attractions to researchers.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring Water Purification. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission, Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue’’ under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Water Purification” should be chosen during your submission.
