Special Issue on Chemical Reaction Engineering

Chemical reaction engineering aims at studying and optimizing chemical reactions in order to define the best reactor design. Hence, the interactions of flow phenomena, mass transfer, heat transfer, and reaction kinetics are of prime importance in order to relate reactor performance to feed composition and operating conditions. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Chemical Reaction Engineering.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore Chemical Reaction Engineering. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Reactor analysis
• Optimizing reactions and reactor design
• Reactive distillation

• Applications of reaction engineering
