Special Issue on Occupational and Organizational
Psychology
Occupational and Organizational Psychology is the science of human behavior relating to work and applies psychological
theories and principles to organizations and individuals in their places of
work as well as the individual's work-life more generally. The research
contributes to an organization's success by improving the performance,
motivation, job satisfaction, and occupational safety and health as well as the
overall health and well-being of its employees.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Occupational and Organizational Psychology. Potential topics include, but are not limited

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.

under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field

Psychology” should be chosen during your submission.
