Special Issue on Minimally Invasive Surgeries

Minimally Invasive Surgeries should be defined as one that is safe and is associated with a lowerpostoperative patient morbidity compared with a conventional approach for the same operation. Minimally invasive surgery is associated with less pain, a shorter hospital stay and fewer complications.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Minimally Invasive Surgeries. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Laparoscopic approaches
• Treatment and reconstruction
• Clinical practice
• Invasive procedures
• Medical devices
• Laser Surgery
• Inguinal hernia repair
• Laparoscopic cholecystectomy
• Minimally invasive heart surgery
• Robot-assisted surgery
• Microsurgery

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
