Special Issue on Applied Materials Synthesis
There have been some
cases of new material synthesis through molecular design and engineering in
recent years. Traditionally, synthesis of a new compound with desired structure
and functions (properties) was typically achieved by a “trial and error” approach
involving laborious synthesis and screening for the desired compounds. The
emerging field of molecular engineering takes a rather different approach to
chemical synthesis. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for
scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss
various new issues and developments in the area of applied materials synthesis.
In
this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles that explore applied materials synthesis. In this special issue, potential
topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Synthesis
of nanostructures
-
Self-assembly
methods for polymers
-
Synthetic
chemistry of the inorganic ordered porous materials
-
Preparation
of single crystal materials
-
Preparation
of amorphous materials
-
Preparation
of thin films
-
Synthesis
and preparation of functional ceramics
Authors
should read over the journal’s For
Authors carefully before submission.
Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript
through the journal’s Paper
Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special
Issue –Applied Materials Synthesis” should
be selected during your submission.
