Special Issue on Primary Care and Community Health
Primary care is the day-to-day healthcare given by a health care provider.
Typically this provider acts as the first contact and principal point of
continuing care for patients within a healthcare system, and coordinates other
specialist care that the patient may need.
Community health is a major field of study within the medical and clinical
sciences which focuses on the maintenance, protection, and improvement of the
health status of population groups and communities and tends to focus more on a
defined geographical community.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
