Special Issue on Economic Law and Commercial
Law
The purpose of economic law is to protect public interests in society, and
its basic principle is to ensure economic fairness. The purpose of commercial
law is to promote profit, and its basic principle is commercial autonomy.
Economic law belongs to public law, mainly used to intervene in the national economy;
commercial law belongs to private law, mainly used to regulate commercial
transactions. The main body of economic law has two parts, one is the state,
the other is the economic organizations and individuals. Economic law mainly
plays its own role through the macro-control of the state.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on
exploring economic law and commercial law.

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.

under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field

Commercial Law” should be chosen during your submission.
