Special Issue on Fungi
This special issue on “Fungi” will be focusing on the latest development in the fields of fungi, such as growth and metabolism of fungi, fungal morphology and so on. Fungi, as an essential member of eukaryotic organisms, are separate from plants, animals and bacteria. In a long time, Fungi have been used as a direct source of food. Fungi play not only an indispensable role in degrading the organic matter, but also a fundamental role in nutrient cycling and exchange. Now, the productions of a large number of the goods which people need are closely linked to fungi. As one of the most important organisms in nature and the ample source of food and medicine itself, fungi are of great attractions to researchers.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Fungi. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission, Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Paper Submission System.
