Special Issue on Applied Statistics

Statistics deals with the collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and organization of data. In applying statistics to, for example, a scientific, industrial, or social problem, it is conventional to begin with a statistical population or a statistical model process to be studied. It’s widely applied in many disciplines.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on applied statistics. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Statistical mechanics
• Social statistics
• Actuarial science
• Statistics for science
• Demographic statistics
• Risk score
• Information statistics
• Spatial statistics

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Applied Statistics” should be chosen during your submission.
