Special Issue on Laser Technology Research
The term "laser"
originates from the abbreviation of "light amplification by stimulated
emission of radiation". The development of laser has not only led to the
emergence of optical science and optical technology, but also led to the
emergence of a whole new industry. Since early days of laser development, a
variety of special laser types have been studied. To design specialized laser
types, optimizing different performance targets (such as minimum output pulse
duration, maximum average output power, minimum cost and so on) have been the
hot issues these days.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring laser technology research. Potential
topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Principle and classification of laser
-
Study on the characteristics of laser
-
Hazard and precaution of laser
-
Laser devices
-
Practical application of laser
-
Research
progress of laser
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Laser Technology Research” should be chosen during
your submission.
