Special Issue on Construction Management
Construction Management (CM) is a professional service that uses specialized, project management
techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from
its beginning to its end. The purpose of CM is to control a project's time,
cost and quality. CM is compatible with all project delivery systems, including
design-bid-build, design-build, CM At-Risk and Public Private Partnerships.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on construction management. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:

Building safety and risk estimation

Construction performance prediction
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Construction
Management” should be chosen during your submission.
